Adobe Acrobat Reader *
The Adobe Acrobat Reader is required by subscribers to open, view and print Reid Reports. This reader is available for free and can be downloaded from the Adobe web site by clicking here.Once Adobe Acrobat Reader has been installed on your computer, you can download your Reid Report from the Reports section of our web site.

Passwords
Once you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can open your Reid Report using the password provided to you when you initiated your subscription. Please note that each Reid Report will have a unique password that will be provided to you at the start of each subscription cycle.
